The Administrative Services Coordinator position at Ivonne Welch Medicare Plans offers a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the daily operations of our office.
Main Responsibilities
- Support office employees with administrative tasks
- Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports
- Manage data entry and mail tasks
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems
Essential Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree or administrative training is preferred
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is essential
- Familiarity with standard office equipment and software applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
