Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability plan that aligns with the University's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with campus stakeholders to identify and prioritize sustainability initiatives and projects.
  • Manage and oversee the development of sustainability policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Provide leadership and support for sustainability-related research, education, and outreach initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to advance sustainability goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,400 - $169,000 annually, with a expected pay scale of up to $125,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
