Technical Support Specialist 2

This Customer Technical Support Specialist role is responsible for providing direct and indirect technical support to GenMark product customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new product and technical support plans
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide training to internal personnel
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Associate's degree (or equivalent military training) in a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with MS Office, SFDC, SAP, and other supporting software
