Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to our customers and partners. As a key member of our team, you will apply system-level expertise to resolve complex customer issues while being an active participant in our collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support to customers and partners via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot complex system problems and apply system-level expertise to resolve issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Requirements
Excellent technical support skills, including customer-facing oral and written communications
Strong Linux/Unix and networking triage skills
Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Bash, Perl, and Python
Expertise in backup applications, including Backup Exec, Commvault, and IBM Spectrum Protect
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technology, or equivalent work experience
