Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Liquid Instruments. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our worldwide customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and triage inbound technical enquiries from customers
  • Provide customers with technical information or solutions, referencing existing documentation
  • Replicate customer bug/error reports and escalate within the team as needed
  • Accurately categorize customer enquiries to identify areas for improvement or additional support materials
  • Assist in the maintenance and creation of technical support materials, including application notes and API code examples
  • Support software updates with HW and SW testing on our Moku devices
  • Occasional travel to trade shows in support of sales activities

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
  • Some experience working for a technical company is helpful
  • Sense of urgency for providing world-class support to customers
  • Exposure to programming in Python, C/C++, or similar
  • Ability to collaborate across time zones and work remotely, with occasional flexibility for odd hours
