We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive who possesses a deep commitment to serving seniors and is convinced that our communities provide unparalleled quality of care compared to our competitors. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of transforming leads into successful move-ins while effectively leading and guiding a team of Sales Directors.

The Sales and Marketing Executive oversees and directs the sales and marketing division in alignment with strategic marketing and business objectives. This includes managing the sales team, refining the sales process, and executing all necessary activities to facilitate a sale. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing occupancy rates and revenue generation within the community, representing the organization at events, and boosting visibility through active participation in external activities. Additionally, the Executive will assist management in resident retention efforts and develop and implement marketing strategies to meet community occupancy targets.

Your responsibilities:
  • Utilize established sales methodologies, systems, and documentation to fulfill job responsibilities, track data, compile reports, and achieve community occupancy objectives.
  • Promote community services and programs to potential residents, their families, and advisors during the decision-making process.
  • Coordinate and execute all necessary actions to secure sales and convert deposits into move-ins.
  • Keep management and key team members informed about the status of prospective move-ins.
  • Build and sustain relationships while generating leads through residents, families, and professional referral sources on a weekly basis.
  • Enhance community visibility and awareness through participation in external events, professional networks, and local community engagement.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve community occupancy goals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and business development outreach to referral sources, collecting and analyzing data to prepare regular reports.
  • Maintain proficiency in lead management systems to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
  • A minimum of two to five years of sales experience, ideally within the retirement sector or in medical or pharmaceutical sales, with a proven ability to generate and close a high percentage of qualified leads.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing principles, including strategies for promoting and selling services, as well as knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations relevant to the product lines.
  • Frequent travel is required; therefore, a valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must meet all health requirements, including health screenings and TB clearance.
  • Must successfully complete state-required fingerprinting and background checks.
  • First Aid certification is required.
