Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Brand Ambassador to join our team at Dentsu Creative (MKTG). As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for educating consumers about our high-profile brands at various events and activations.

• Event Execution: Participate in promotional events, engage with consumers, and provide product knowledge and education to build brand awareness.
• Brand Knowledge: Complete regular online trainings to gain in-depth knowledge of our client brands, including category, product distillation, and brand information.
• Consumer Engagement: Actively interact with consumers, build trust, and provide a safe and unique experience.
• Marketing Support: Assist in pre-merchandising accounts, distributing premiums, and reporting on competitive activity in the market.
• Event Logistics: Arrive on time, wear appropriate attire, and be prepared to execute promotions as outlined in program standards.

• Brand Knowledge: Outgoing, personable, and courteous with consumers, with the ability to translate brand information in a relatable manner.
• Reliability: Always arrive to events ready to start on time and work until event end.
• Physical Demands: Able to stand/walk for extended periods, carry heavy trays, boxes, and objects, and maintain a pleasant disposition under stress.
