Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to identify their financial and insurance requirements, providing customized guidance and solutions.

Insurance Evaluation: Analyze client needs and suggest appropriate insurance and financial products that meet their objectives.

Payment Assistance: Support clients with premium transactions, ensuring precise processing and timely follow-ups.

Client Loyalty: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to guarantee satisfaction, loyalty, and enduring partnerships.

Review Existing Policies: Contact current Farmers clients to conduct a comprehensive review of life and financial services.


Qualifications

Licensing: Must possess a valid Life and Health Insurance License in California or be eligible to obtain one.

Sales Background: Previous experience in life insurance or financial services sales is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients.

Target-Driven: Driven by achieving sales goals and assisting clients in securing their financial future.

Market Awareness: Understanding of local market dynamics and demographics.

Professional Conduct: Uphold a professional demeanor and ethical standards in all client interactions.

Technical Skills: Competent in utilizing sales and CRM software for managing client data and tracking progress.
