We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team.
The Client Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in building and sustaining profitable relationships with clients while actively seeking new business opportunities and enhancing sales potential with current accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and management for an established client portfolio in the DFW region.
- Engage in business development activities to drive growth and generate new leads through targeted outreach.
- Evaluate and pursue leads generated from marketing initiatives.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively.
- Organize and execute daily tasks, including client meetings, site assessments, and prospecting activities.
- Develop detailed scopes of work and gather necessary measurements.
- Identify areas of pavement distress and recommend suitable repair methods for commercial properties.
- Create estimates, proposals, and site layouts using Microsoft Office Suite and Acrobat.
- Operate company-provided technology and field equipment efficiently.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with the Contract Administrator and construction management team during contract execution.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Adhere to proven strategies for success.
- Prospect existing accounts and establish a robust client base, including B2B outreach.
- Balance time effectively between office responsibilities and field activities.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field from an accredited institution, with 2-4 years of experience in outside sales, particularly in B2B environments.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales within the paving industry is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling and in-person prospecting.
