We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team.

The Client Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in building and sustaining profitable relationships with clients while actively seeking new business opportunities and enhancing sales potential with current accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and management for an established client portfolio in the DFW region.
  • Engage in business development activities to drive growth and generate new leads through targeted outreach.
  • Evaluate and pursue leads generated from marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively.
  • Organize and execute daily tasks, including client meetings, site assessments, and prospecting activities.
  • Develop detailed scopes of work and gather necessary measurements.
  • Identify areas of pavement distress and recommend suitable repair methods for commercial properties.
  • Create estimates, proposals, and site layouts using Microsoft Office Suite and Acrobat.
  • Operate company-provided technology and field equipment efficiently.
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the Contract Administrator and construction management team during contract execution.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Adhere to proven strategies for success.
  • Prospect existing accounts and establish a robust client base, including B2B outreach.
  • Balance time effectively between office responsibilities and field activities.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field from an accredited institution, with 2-4 years of experience in outside sales, particularly in B2B environments.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales within the paving industry is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling and in-person prospecting.
