Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Mount Sinai Health System. In this role, you will provide administrative support to physicians, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in the Division of Hematology/Medical Oncology.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements. You will also assist with grant applications, research projects, and budget management. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Responsibilities

* Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for physicians
* Assist with grant applications, research projects, and budget management
* Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses
* Provide administrative support for daily operations, including answering phones, processing mail, and maintaining files
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or academia
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
