Job Summary

The Route Driver is a critical role within our organization, responsible for delivering products and services to our clients while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver products and services to clients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and product distribution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and vehicles
  • Conduct minor service and adjustments on equipment as needed
  • Ensure all company vehicles are properly loaded and maintained
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
  • 3 years of driving experience required
  • Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license and good driving record
  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a customer service position or related experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
  • Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment
