Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)

  • High School diploma, or GED
  • 3 to 5 years of related shipping and receiving experience
  • Medical logistics experience preferred
  • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide logistical support to the RSD team
  • Responsible for coordination of shipping and receiving complete CIB sets and IT Go Boxes to event sites including tracking and stocking of supplies as needed
  • Order and maintain all RSD supply inventories including completion of inventory sheets for CIBs before shipping, inventory returning CIBs and restock and build CIBs as necessary
  • Perform operational checks on equipment to ensure functionality
  • Process claims with shippers on damaged/missing shipments in a timely manner
  • Track and analyze missed shipments to ensure they do not occur again
  • Respond to customer inquiries and refer to appropriate personnel if unable to handle
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Summary Performs a variety of routine activities in support of the Rapid Site Deployment (RSD) team. Responsible for the shipping and receiving of Clinic in a Box (CIB) sets and Information Technology (IT) Go Boxes. Orders and maintains inventory of needed supplies and equipment. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.

Pay Rate: $17.75

Hours: M - F, 7am - 3:30pm

Duration: 3-6 months (potential for extension and conversion)
