About the Role

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Showroom Sales Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including answering sales calls, addressing customer concerns, and providing product recommendations
  • Provide hands-on assistance to customers on the showroom floor, including presenting job quotes and providing accurate pricing and inventory information
  • Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively to ensure efficient communication and data management
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances or ability to quickly learn these product lines
  • Desire to learn and grow with a drive to succeed
  • Passion for collaboration and ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to balance business and customer needs while making timely decisions
  • General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
