Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Modern Office Methods. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales processes and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist sales representatives with verifying current configurations and ensuring accurate data entry into the Salesforce Configurator.
  2. Verify new proposals have the same configurations as previous configurations, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  3. Back up orders to ensure efficient processing through the corporate order process.
  4. Prepare paperwork for new deals and assist sales representatives with research and client inquiries.
  5. Communicate with clients when sales representatives are unavailable and work with other departments to resolve sales rep and client inquiries.
  6. Process orders for MPS, MFD, Production, and Solutions.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  3. Current driver's license and access to a vehicle for job travel between company branches and client sites.
  4. Extensive knowledge of MS Office suite of products.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience supporting sales or marketing staff.
Work Environment

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with normal work hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and a requirement to work 37.5 hours per week to maintain full-time status.
