Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Depatie Fluid Power Company. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and growing our business in the MRO and small to medium OEM accounts within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Assist in the setup process with new bin management accounts, including initial inventory analysis and standardization of parts and min/max levels.
  • Generate ordering processes for customers, ensuring proper identification and loading of part numbers into ICCM.
  • Reorganize customer inventory to better suit their needs, labeling bins as required, and delivering replacement parts orders on scheduled days.
Requirements
  • 3 or more years of technical knowledge/experience, preferably in hydraulics/pneumatics.
  • Proficiency with computer-based business systems.
  • Technical certification, college degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
