Assistant Retail Manager

Role Overview:

The Assistant Retail Manager (ARM) will embody the essence of our brand, fully engaging with our culture and offerings. This position is crucial in supporting the Store Manager and driving the store's success. You will spend significant time on the sales floor, connecting with customers and collaborating with the team to enhance sales performance.

  • Cultivate a vibrant store atmosphere where team members thrive as passionate brand advocates.
  • Strive to surpass personal and store sales objectives by forming authentic relationships with our clientele.
  • Embrace challenges and exceed commercial goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), setting new benchmarks for success.
  • Create remarkable shopping experiences that delight customers through exceptional product knowledge and brand loyalty initiatives.
  • Inspire and mentor the sales team, promoting accountability for both individual and store performance. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help the team meet their KPI targets.
  • Develop lasting customer relationships by engaging authentically and fostering connections that go beyond mere transactions.
  • Expand your professional network and attract top talent to our brand through seasonal and core recruitment efforts.
  • Maintain merchandising and operational standards to ensure a seamless and brand-aligned shopping experience.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a results-driven leader with a minimum of 2 years in a high-performance retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and connect with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills that drive positive outcomes.
  • Exceptional time management abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks and delegating effectively.
  • Familiarity with standard computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and work eligibility.
  • Embrace flexibility with a work schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the physical demands of the role.
