Assistant Store Manager

Role Overview:

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) embodies the essence of the Pandora brand. In this role, you will engage deeply with our culture and offerings, taking pride in delivering outstanding customer service. You will support the Store Manager in driving the store's success, spending quality time on the sales floor to connect with customers and collaborate with your team to enhance sales performance.

  • Strive to surpass personal and store sales objectives by forging authentic connections with our clientele.
  • Embrace challenges and exceed commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), setting new benchmarks for success.
  • Create memorable shopping experiences that go beyond expectations by showcasing exceptional product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Inspire and mentor the sales team, promoting accountability for both individual and store performance. Provide timely feedback and support to empower the team in achieving their KPI goals.
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers, engaging authentically and building connections that extend beyond mere transactions.
  • Recruit and inspire top talent for Pandora, focusing on seasonal and core hiring for Sales Associates and Sales Leads.
  • Maintain merchandising and operational standards to ensure a seamless and brand-aligned store experience.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a results-driven leader with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-performance retail environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and connect with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills that drive positive outcomes.
  • Excellent time management abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks and delegating effectively.
  • Proficient in general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift over 50 pounds.
