Your Role

The Senior AI Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical framework and architecture that supports our AI and machine learning initiatives. This position involves the development and scaling of various models tailored for retail applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the AI technical strategy, utilizing suitable tools and methodologies.
  • Establish an AI experimentation and monitoring platform to enhance model performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with a talented AI team, providing mentorship and support to junior engineers.
  • Partner with data engineers, data scientists, and software developers to create and sustain effective data pipelines.
  • Oversee the design of a robust AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions across various business areas.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI research and apply them practically within the organization.
  • Promote the ethical and responsible use of AI throughout the company.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in developing large-scale AI systems.
  • PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related disciplines.
  • Over 6 years of experience in AI/Data Science and Machine Learning.
  • More than 10 years of experience in implementing analytical solutions.
  • Strong academic background with publications in reputable journals and conferences.
  • Expertise in areas such as deep learning, information retrieval, knowledge graphs, natural language processing, and optimization.
  • Experience in constructing large-scale AI models and systems.
  • Familiarity with large language models and deep neural network solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering peers to establish technical direction.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective in communication.
  • Strong mentoring, coaching, and training abilities.
