Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Responsibilities

  1. Architect and deploy Oracle Financials solutions tailored to business requirements, emphasizing industry-leading practices.
  2. Oversee enterprise design and process architecture in collaboration with client business teams.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Financials with third-party applications.
  4. Provide both functional and technical leadership to development teams and consultants engaged in projects.
  5. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and configuration manuals.
  6. Prepare and present status updates to senior management and stakeholders, both internal and external.
  7. Guide and train team members and client super-users on best practices and solutions in Oracle Finance.
  8. Remain updated on Oracle advancements, industry best practices, and emerging trends in finance and technology.

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities

  1. Formulate optimal solutions to fulfill client objectives, including understanding project scope and identifying critical dependencies.
  2. Propose high-level solutions and delivery timelines.
  3. Lead product demonstrations during client presentations and discussions.
  4. Engage in strategic conversations with client executives, including CxOs, Senior VPs, and Directors across business and IT sectors.
  5. Collaborate with alliance partners (including Oracle) to generate leads and foster relationships.
  6. Articulate the unique value proposition of Calfus' solutions and offerings.

Qualifications:

  1. CPA (or equivalent) or a master’s degree in finance.
  2. Over 15 years of experience with Oracle Financials (Fusion + EBS).
  3. Experience with at least three end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Financials.
  4. In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules in Financials, along with a working understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
  5. Experience in establishing finance shared services.
  6. Strong problem-solving abilities and aptitude for addressing complex business challenges.
  7. Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
  8. Experience and readiness to work in a distributed environment, including a global delivery model.
  9. Willingness to travel for client meetings and project engagements.
