**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at the Texas Panhandle Centers. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for mental health and crisis intervention.

The Behavioral Health Specialist will work closely with individuals experiencing a crisis, using person-centered approaches to provide support and guidance. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Document all interventions according to agency standards
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case staffing to develop treatment approaches that best fit the needs of clients
  • Introduce clients to a range of services offered by TPC and other community services, and provide care coordination to facilitate access to these resources

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a major in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or other related human services field for QMHP credentialing
  • Valid Texas driver's license and be insurable under agency vehicle policy

**Salary:** $40,809.60 - $46,009.60 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement savings plan.
