Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Liaison Specialist to join our team at American Car Center LLC. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer mechanical concerns and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and resolve customer inquiries regarding vehicle issues and concerns
  • Communicate timelines and expectations with customers throughout the service process
  • Review work repair orders and determine financing options with customers
  • Inform customers of financing options for service repairs
  • Process payments and complete financing loan documents
  • Meet with customers to close loan documents and payment remittance
  • Perform regular follow-ups with customers
  • Set up, monitor, and close rentals with 3rd party vendors and customers
  • Collaborate with service repair centers and warranty operations
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Experience in customer service and/or automotive industry (preferred)
  • Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented, and highly productive manner
  • Strong organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer programs
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of administrative work (preferred)
