Position Summary:ASAP Personnel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses grow.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
- Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM Software: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
