Job Description:

The Regional Sales Director will play a key role in driving revenue growth and meeting corporate objectives for our independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. This position requires a strong sales leader who can collaborate with local teams to develop new relationships, pricing strategies, and sales campaigns.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with facility-based teams to maximize revenue and meet corporate objectives
* Develop pricing strategies and sales campaigns with community leadership and corporate sales teams
* Increase overall occupancy rates and revenue within communities
* Ensure sales activities are implemented in a proactive environment

Requirements:

* A minimum of three to five years of sales experience with a record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance goals
* High school diploma required, college degree preferred
* Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
* Familiarity with PC-based software applications for capturing sales data and word processing
* Must have full understanding and show competency in CRM
