Job Title: Vice President of Finance

Covenant Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Finance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the financial activities of Covenant Health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform data into information to inform organizational decision-making
  • Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize liquidity, funding, and investment activities
  • Manage cash flows effectively to ensure liquidity and financial stability
  • Assess and monitor daily and forecast long-term liquidity, and debt/capital capacity
  • Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting systems and processes
  • Collaborate with service line management to deliver meaningful financial and operating metrics, analytics, and reports
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop financial business cases supporting proposed strategic technology initiatives and special projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of seven (7) years progressive management experience in finance or accounting
  • Advanced degree (MBA or CPA) required
