About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at WSP. As a key member of our Project Controls Team, you will be responsible for overseeing finance, cost, and change management processes, ensuring seamless project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting strategies to support program and project activities.
  • Monitor and control contractor and consultant budgets and expenditures, identifying and analyzing cost and project changes.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and cash flows to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager and Program Management Office (PMO) to develop and implement project controls processes.
  • Provide expert advice on financial and project management best practices to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial controls, finance, or accounting, with a proven track record of leading teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Design, and e-Builder Construction Management Software.
