The RoleWe are seeking a Captivating Change Management Advisor (CMA) who can build strong relationships with dealership staff, specifically managers, to ensure they effectively use AutoFi and incorporate it into their daily routine.
Key Responsibilities- Sell as many cars using AutoFi as possible during the time spent with the dealer
- Manage the relationship between AutoFi and the dealer
- Communicate bugs and feature requests to internal employees
- Facilitate dealer requests during implementation
- Ensure the dealer's AutoFi usage is at least 70%
- Live and travel 60% from the Los Angeles region
- 3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in an automotive dealership
- Legitimate experience hanging paper and spinning car deals
- Experience penciling car deals and managing a sales staff
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to communicate complex problems verbally and in writing
- Dynamic personality with a captivating communication style
- Prior Automotive SaaS vendor experience
