Role Responsibilities: The Associate Director of SaaS Technical Operations will spearhead the operational frameworks and technical oversight of SaaS platforms. This role is critical in ensuring the uninterrupted delivery, high reliability, and peak performance of services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily operations and driving enhancements in efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years in SaaS operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

Technical Expertise:

  • Experience with monitoring solutions, automation tools, and CI/CD methodologies.
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Shell, and JavaScript.

Leadership Skills:

  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing technical teams.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a history of delivering complex initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
