This role will be responsible for analyzing and improving end-to-end sales processes, developing and maintaining sales reports and dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop accurate sales and customer success forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop accurate sales and customer success forecasts
  • Assist in developing sales quotas and goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Oversee the management of Salesforce CRM and ensure data integrity, data quality, user training, and system optimization throughout the Sales Operations tech stack

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B Enterprise SaaS Revenue Operations or a similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce (Admin Certification preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and other analytical tools
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build internal relationships with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and the rest of the GTM team
  • Experience working with a quote-to-cash system (e.g., CPQ, DealHub)
