KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Articulate the benefits of regular waxing to potential clients while adhering to corporate standards for wax pass sales
  • Demonstrate proficiency in sales techniques and objection resolution
  • Provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Oversee daily reservations using our software system
  • Ensure the center's organization, cleanliness, and maintenance
  • Exhibit professionalism consistently
