Bilingual Customer Solutions Specialist

As a Bilingual Customer Solutions Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Work Schedule:
Mandatory virtual training will be conducted for five weeks, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.
Flexible Work Options:
We offer multiple scheduling options to accommodate your preferences, including:
1. **Option 1:**
- Pay Week: Flexible on Monday, off on Tuesday, flexible on Wednesday, 12pm-9pm on Thursday, flexible on Friday, 8am-5pm on Saturday, off on Sunday.
- Non-Pay Week: Same as Pay Week.
2. **Option 2:**
- Pay Week: 12pm-9pm on Monday, off on Tuesday, flexible on Wednesday and Thursday, off on Friday, 8am-5pm on Saturday, 8am-5pm on Sunday.
- Non-Pay Week: 12pm-9pm on Monday, flexible on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, off on Friday, off on Saturday and Sunday.
3. **Option 3:**
- Pay Week: 12pm-9pm on Monday, off on Tuesday and Wednesday, flexible on Thursday and Friday, 8am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
- Non-Pay Week: Same as Pay Week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored solutions to assist customers in managing their accounts and avoiding further delinquency.
- Facilitate solutions for customers facing vehicle repossession.
Customer Interaction:
You will primarily engage with customers through our phone system, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Your Role Includes:
- Diligently contacting customers who are behind on their auto loan payments in a professional manner.
- Collaborating respectfully with customers to help them maintain current accounts.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer contact information.
- Utilizing our call model to establish payment arrangements that align with customer situations and prevent repossessions.
- Addressing additional customer service inquiries as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma.
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15mbps.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in customer service or collections within a call center environment.
- Familiarity with the finance or automotive sectors.
- Demonstrated skills in providing excellent customer support or persuasive communication.
