Job SummaryGray Television is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Media Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify new business opportunities in the market
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships
- Provide expert insights and recommendations to clients to help them achieve their marketing goals
- Manage a consistent pipeline of potential revenue and forecast with accuracy
- Design and present marketing presentations to clients
- Meet or exceed sales expectations and budgets
- Minimum 2 years of B2C or B2B outside consultative sales experience, preferably in media ad sales
- Effective prospecting and pipeline-building skills
- Ability to think critically and design solutions for complex problems
- Ability to manage ambiguity and unexpected change
- Be teachable and open to best practices and feedback
