We are a small, but thriving Personal Injury law firm, looking for a salesperson (known as our Intake Specialist) to ensure that the firm is always putting its best foot forward for potential new clients. The position will entail both sales and customer service responsibilities. We need a bright, creative, empathetic, and compassionate person who can convey the value of our services to potential clients and enhance client experience.


You will work closely with other members of the team to develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources. You must excel at making our potential clients feel confident in our ability to serve them and consistently secure the legal engagement agreement. You will help us realize our vision of helping more people

Compensation- $50,000.00 (earning potential $80k - $100k with incentives)

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients to explain the firm’s services and further assess the merits of their personal injury claims.
  • Send the contracts to the potential clients and ensure that they are signed and returned in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to implement lead generation strategies (SEO, PPC, social media campaigns, etc.) to attract clients.
  • Work closely with the firm’s management to develop and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing client acquisition and revenue.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure that client interactions are handled with empathy, professionalism, and an understanding of their emotional state following injury.
  • Maintain a detailed and organized database of leads, clients, and sales interactions using CRM software.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff or interns, if applicable, to help them understand the firm's goals and effective sales techniques.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, including signing agreements, gathering necessary documentation, and setting expectations for the case’s timeline.
  • Conduct follow-ups with previous clients to ensure satisfaction, collect feedback, and encourage referrals or repeat business.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with personal injury law and the legal process surrounding it (e.g., auto accidents, slip and falls medical malpractice) is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service, listening, and phone skills.
  • Empathetic with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with potential clients, especially those in distressing situations.
  • Ability to pay attention to details.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with case management or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
