Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Associate Attorney to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional research, writing, and communication skills, along with a strong commitment to client advocacy. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting documents, managing cases, and interacting with clients under the mentorship of senior attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive legal research and provide insights to senior attorneys
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contracts
  • Support case management tasks and client communications
  • Engage in client meetings, depositions, and court appearances
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal client representation
  • Stay updated on legal trends pertinent to the firm
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing
  • A minimum of 3 years of legal experience, ideally in property law (A BOOK OF BUSINESS IS REQUIRED)
  • Strong analytical, writing, and research skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
