Job Summary

As a Front Desk Associate at Fitness Connection, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch hospitality and service, ensuring that every individual feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with members and guests through warm greetings and farewells.
  • Manage check-ins, registrations, and guest services with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with telephone inquiries, directing calls to the appropriate team members as needed.
  • Support the ProShop team in promoting and selling merchandise, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a well-stocked and organized retail area.
  • Monitor member accounts, identifying delinquencies and collecting balances as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, performing opening and closing duties as required.
  • Collaborate with the club team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English; additional language skills are a bonus.
  • Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and performing various physical activities.
