Job Title: Global Operations Technical Account Manager

The Global Operations Technical Account Manager plays a crucial role in the success of Electronic Arts' (EA) global operations. Reporting to the GO Director, this individual will be responsible for managing multiple relationships with internal and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of EA franchises across all platforms and channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee content delivery to channel partners, including Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Steam, Epic, and digital resellers.
  • Guide studios on platform capabilities, create configuration plans to meet GO schedules, and resolve issues with the GO Release Management team.
  • Educate teams on external platform tools and systems for successful submissions.
  • Ensure accurate content setup and provide platform expertise, promoting alignment across processes, products, and partners.
  • Develop training processes for Technical Account and Release Management teams to build expertise in platform partner processes and issue management.
Requirements:
  • Experience in program management within the gaming or tech industry.
  • 2+ years of experience in product submissions/platform setups, with knowledge of at least one of the following First Party tools: Sony's Content Pipeline, Microsoft Partner Center, Nintendo Developer Portal, SteamWorks, Epic Game Store Self Publishing Tool.
  • Expertise in navigating First Party platform requirements and tools and troubleshooting live issues.
  • Proficiency in collaboration and documentation tools like Confluence.
  • Experience leading teams and aligning departments to a strategy.
  • Manage product schedules and dependencies across global-based teams.
What We Offer:

Electronic Arts offers a competitive base salary range of $103,200 - $145,600 USD Annually, depending on location. We also provide a package of benefits, including paid time off, sick time, holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
