Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with onboarding, product training, and technical advice.
  • Work with our data engineer to devise solutions to clients' technical support issues.
  • Learn customers' setup, typical workflows, goals, and use cases for our products to better serve their needs.
  • Help clients get better value from our products and show them how to unlock hidden potential.
  • Use client feedback to help our team identify areas for product improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or greater in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a related role, including as a technical account manager, technical support engineer, pre-sales engineer, or technical consultant.
  • Working understanding of database management and data analysis.
  • Experience using Tableau is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the automotive and/or energy sectors is a big plus.
