Tenet-AZ Region is hiring a Clinical Support Associate in Nogales, Arizona.

The Clinical Support Associate provides essential nursing care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This role requires delivering an exceptional patient experience consistent with Relationship-Based Care. Prepare hospital rooms for new admissions, anticipate patient needs, and respond to requests in a timely manner. Perform patient rounding according to unit-specific guidelines, provide intentional and patient-focused care, and ensure a comfortable environment. Approach patients and families with compassion, offering emotional support while demonstrating courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Recognize and respect cultural and spiritual differences, providing culturally competent care. Works in a secure department with access to areas where medications are stored.
Requirements- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.). Completed PCT training, CNA training, or equivalent program.
- Licenses/Certifications: CPR Certification.
- Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience: Knowledge of hospital environment desired; previous hospital and/or healthcare-related experience preferred.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background and relevant certifications. Previous experience in a hospital setting is desirable but not required.
