Job Description
We are seeking a Patient Care and Support Technician to join our team. As a member of our healthcare staff, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with their dialysis treatment, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process. You will also be responsible for monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, taking vital signs, and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team. Additionally, you will be involved in educating patients on kidney disease management and promoting healthy lifestyle habits. Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will interact with patients, families, and healthcare staff on a regular basis. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
