Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team at Dependable Nurses Inc. This rewarding role involves providing exceptional support to patients in need, working under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various supportive services to meet patient needs, including cleaning, laundry, shopping, nutritional maintenance, and personal care.
  • Assist with medication reminders, monitoring patient safety, and coordinating medical appointments.
  • Provide companionship and engage in shared activities to promote mental well-being.

Requirements:

  • Meet training requirements by State and Federal laws.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given.
  • Self-directing with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Empathetic towards the needs of the ill, injured, frail, and impaired.
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Good personal hygiene and professional demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license with a reliable, insured automobile or alternative transportation.

Estimated Salary: $14.25 per hour, depending on location and experience.
