Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Tenet-AZ Region. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in adult, pediatric, and infant general med-surg and critical care therapeutics and diagnostics. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, and ensure seamless communication with physicians and other stakeholders. Your expertise in respiratory care practices, including diagnostic testing, therapy administration, and life support measures, will be essential in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Associate of Science in Respiratory Therapy (or Bachelor of Science in a related field)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure
- Clinical experience in acute care hospitals, preferably in adult, pediatric, and infant settings
- Strong knowledge of respiratory care practices, including invasive and non-invasive procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends

Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
