We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Senior Client Service Manager** to join our team at Oswald Companies. As a key member of our Property & Casualty team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, providing strategic and tactical direction to the team, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of services for a group of selected accounts, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Lead multiple client teams in the planning, execution, and successful management of services, including the design and development of tailored renewal strategies.
- Work closely with Business Unit Leadership to establish annual revenue, cost management, and staff development goals for the expansion of the practice.
- Drive operational excellence through the establishment and execution of service standards, efficient processes/workflows, and system resources.
- Ensure team productivity by aligning duties, setting expectations, and measuring performance.
- Support overall team effectiveness through the timely completion and communication of assigned tasks and by sharing expertise and cross-training where possible.
- Develop team member skills, individually and collectively.
- Guide the client management staff in the design and development of a tailored renewal strategy for new or existing clients.
- Assist in the management of the business unit's carriers and vendors.
- Remain alert to changes in the marketplace and contribute to the innovation and development of the products and services provided.
- Ensure system compliance is met and conduct random quarterly audits to review accurate utilization of activity coding.
- Confirm all commissions are received accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Review all carrier and renewal contracts for accuracy and licensing requirements.
- Energetic with a desire to learn new skills and adapt to changing business needs.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to transition quickly from one project to another.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred) from a four-year college or university and five to ten years or more of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior experience in P&C brokerage and consulting is required, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of risk data for presentation of servicing solutions is also required.
