  • Update and maintain databases accurately, ensuring all information is current and follows organizational procedures.
  • Identify and escalate technical issues related to call center equipment to the appropriate personnel.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of all patient and staff information, adhering to privacy regulations.
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence in communication, recognizing the diverse backgrounds of our patient population.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the operational needs of the department.

Qualifications:
