Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Accountant to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and detailed financial reports, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Internal Controls: Develop and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in the preparation of financial budgets, forecasts, and tax audits.
  • Team Support: Provide backup support for other financial functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of GAAP principles, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a high level of enthusiasm and attention to detail.
