Job Title: Recruitment Process Outsourcing Account Executive

MCI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Process Outsourcing Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business strategy to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a business strategy to acquire new clients and expand our market presence
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the recruitment process outsourcing industry
