Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Outreach and Conversion: Proactively reach out to new leads within 1-2 hours, book new introductory classes, and follow up with prospective members to convert leads into active members.
  • Member Engagement: Welcome everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm, conduct studio tours, and ensure a "white glove" experience for new and existing members.
  • Sales and Marketing: Drive membership sales to meet monthly goals and participate in marketing and outreach initiatives.
  • Customer Service: Address member concerns professionally and aim for prompt resolution.
  • Collaboration: Work with the manager to achieve monthly KPIs and cross-train with the Operations Manager to assist with facility maintenance and cleanliness.
