Are you ready to take your career to new heights in the dynamic world of real estate technology? As a Senior Client Success Manager at Yardi Systems, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our valued clients who rely on our cutting-edge Resident Screening product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dedicate your attention to assigned customers, ensuring they attain their desired outcomes through the effective utilization of our screening product.
  • Leverage your expertise in efficiency and processes to aid clients in the development of policies and workflows.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and synthesis of data to create quarterly/monthly reports that highlight account performance.
  • Actively troubleshoot and resolve all client-related issues and requests.
  • Utilize your excellent interpersonal skills to educate clients on the latest features and functionality.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, including meetings with client executives and other key partners.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic team, working alongside customer support representatives and other internal staff to deliver the highest levels of service to our customers.
Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a track record of previous account management experience.
  • Proficient with technology and capable of addressing a diverse range of client software issues and requests.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Prior experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, driven by a strong commitment to exceed expectations.
  • Demonstrated excellence in attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize effectively.
