Job Description:This role involves providing ongoing support to our clients and fostering strong relationships with them. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement milestone processes for clients and employees.
Responsibilities:- Establish clear client retention goals and objectives
- Develop and implement milestone processes for clients and employees
- Assist customers in setting up and navigating programs or software
- Promote the value of our product offerings
- Upsell services and products while maintaining brand image consistency
- Promote value through exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate in creating training courses and educational materials
- Review and address customer complaints and concerns to enhance the customer experience
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
- Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Technical skills required for the use of our product or service
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Experience in managing diverse teams and training according to company standards
- A communications or marketing degree is preferred
