As a Maintenance Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the upkeep of assigned properties, prioritizing service requests, and supervising a team of maintenance staff.
Main Responsibilities:- Prioritize Service Requests
- Establish daily work schedules for maintenance staff
- Follow up on work assignments for efficient completion
- Maintain records of service requests received
- Develop vendor contracts and obtain competitive bids
- Supervise all contracted services
- High school degree or equivalent
- 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to supervise, teach, and motivate staff
- Good work safety habits
- Personable and trustworthy
