Position Overview:
As a Lead Healthcare Engineering Supervisor, you will be entrusted with significant administrative and managerial duties that encompass both long-term and short-term strategic planning, staffing, budgeting, and the formulation of policies to effectively oversee the entire Engineering Program.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Project Oversight:** You will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, design, and supervision of renovation, modernization, and construction projects. This includes ensuring safety protocols, industrial hygiene, disaster management, and environmentally sustainable practices are adhered to.
2. **Policy Development:** Initiate and establish policies, procedures, standards, and objectives for Engineering programs. You will also implement a management review program to enhance operational efficiency and set priorities that align with budgetary and manpower constraints.
3. **Training and Coordination:** Provide formal and on-the-job training for staff while coordinating engineering activities with other administrative and clinical services within the Medical Center.
4. **Advisory Role:** Act as a key managerial advisor to top Medical Center management, enhancing the engineering and operational capabilities of healthcare facilities.
5. **Technical Consultation:** Serve as a technical advisor in significant management planning and decision-making processes, excluding primarily medical matters.
6. **Collaboration:** Work closely with operations and program managers to ensure that the goals and priorities of the Engineering Service are met. Facilitate stakeholder understanding of clinic program requirements and engineering capabilities.

Work Schedule:
Your work hours will typically be from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility based on the facility's needs.
