We are seeking a skilled Demolition-Construction Supervisor to join our team at SERVPRO of South Shreveport - 8586. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for leading demolition tasks and job sites, ensuring thorough assessments and execution of restoration plans, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

• Respond to emergencies, including water and fire damage, and help with thorough assessments and execution of restoration plans.
• Supervise demolition tasks and job sites, evaluating potential hazards and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Document demolition processes and tasks completed, and maintain detailed inventories of tools and equipment.
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment, and handle physical tasks such as water extraction, demolition, and site cleanup.
• Provide exceptional service and clear communication to teammates, and follow company, state, and federal safety regulations.

• Valid driver's license and reliability for occasional on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Background in construction, restoration, or a related field is preferred, and IICRC certification is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance, and comfortable working in diverse settings, including heights, tight spaces, and varying weather conditions.
